Article 1 - Understanding information and policies

b. You have read and accepted the conditions outlined on the Conditions of Sale page. (This page).
Article 2 - Currency
a. All prices listed on Ambrosia Poetry are in the Australian Dollar (AUD) by default. The currency converter tool may be used to change the listed prices to a customer's own currency.
Article 3 - Refunds and cancellations
a. You understand that in the unlikely event that your order is cancelled, Ambrosia Poetry reserves the right to do so without explanation (although you are entitled to ask for an explanation) and will offer you a full refund in such a scenario.

Customer details
a. The definition of 'detail(s)' includes, but is not limited to customers' email address, phone number and name.
b. You accept that your provided details will be handled by Ambrosia Poetry for the purposes of communication and sales with you only. Ambrosia Poetry understands the confidentiality of your details and will not communicate it with any third party without your permission.

d. You understand that by creating an account (i.e. to comment or participate in the blog pages), your username may be visible to other visitors on the Ambrosia Poetry website.
Payment details
e. Ambrosia Poetry uses Stripe or PayPal to verify and process payments. The information received and stored by Ambrosia Poetry is subject to their respective private policies.
Article 6 - Intellectual property
a. Subject to Art.6(a)(i), all images and digital material on this website, unless otherwise stated, either belongs to Ambrosia Poetry, wholly or in part, or Ambrosia Poetry has received permission to reproduce such images and digital material. All reproduction, total or partial of these images without permission is strictly prohibited.
i. Some images on this website may have been taken from royalty free stock and copyright free image databases.
Article 7 - The customer
a. The customer is at least 18 years of age OR have parental authorisation to place an order.
b. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details provided are legally correct. Ambrosia Poetry does not accept responsibility for errors made on the customer's behalf.
c. In the event of an error made in providing shipping details, Ambrosia Poetry will not be responsible for the undelivered item.

a. Ambrosia Poetry is an independent small business, operated by Stephanie Pouliquin.
b. Ambrosia Poetry may contract external third parties for the operation of activities related to this business or this website.
